inThought created inVision to give its analysts a centralized way to capture and analyze clinical and business research. Once the internal platform had proved useful, the company wanted to share it directly with clients.
Red Sequoia was asked to repair existing bugs, add requested features, improve the interface, and prepare the application for a client-facing launch.
The team first added automated tests for critical workflows, then refactored the application and developed enhancements using a test-driven process.
The redesign introduced a refreshed interface, client access with role-based permissions, account administration, a restorable content archive, multi-file uploads, and streamlined analyst workflows. A security audit identified and resolved vulnerabilities before launch.
inThought relaunched inVision for its existing clients. The updated platform was received as an added benefit to their service contracts, while in-house analysts gained improved workflows, bug fixes, and new features.

or explore what’s possible, we’d love to hear from you.
